- Role
- Core member · Platform comparison and report writing
- Scope
- Alibaba.com, Europages, and TradeIndia
The project compares B2B cross-border platforms including Alibaba.com, Europages, and TradeIndia, examining how functionality, procurement cost, and supplier resources affect sourcing for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The research focuses on logistics efficiency, fragmented supplier management, and international transaction processes, then proposes directions for digital supply-chain improvement in the context of international trade rules.
As a core team member, I contributed to case research, platform benchmarking, and report writing. The project showed that platform competition is not only about front-end traffic and assortment. It is also shaped by supplier networks, fulfilment certainty, and the ability to coordinate cross-border processes.
